Edgar Perez started working in his homeland in Guatemala when he was five, and hasn't stopped since! Now, he and his lovely wife Daisy own and operate the fantastic El Sabor Latino Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens. Every morning should begin with a hearty desayuno (breakfast), like traditional Huevos Rancheros -- poached eggs smothered in a spicy sauce, with refried beans, cheese and warm tortillas! Lunchtime features a different homemade sopa del dia daily; nothing brightens a cloudy Thursday afternoon like savory Beef and Pork Soup!

Deliciously spiced Steaks, thick Pork Chops in Creole Sauce, hand-breaded Chicken Breast with Rice, Beans and Salad, Tucha Frita (whole crispy-fried fish with all the tasty trimmings) are only a few of the many mouth-watering choices on this extraordinary, authentic menu. Saturday night there's a dance party, rocking with live music, and everyone is welcome, with or without a dancing partner, WITH NO COVER CHARGE!
