Description

Darbster is a unique Vegetarian Bistro with a creative menu that will appeal to both the vegetarian and the mainstream diner. Their goal is to provide delicious, natural, organic and vegetarian friendly cuisine that will satisfy all tastes. The menu includes mouthwatering versions of old time classics as well as new innovative dishes.

With their waterside deck, Darbster provides a welcome respite from the fast-paced world outside. They strive to offer superior and knowledgeable service in a casual atmosphere for locals as well as those visiting our tropical location. As vegetarians themselves, the owners established Darbster to offer a first-rate vegetarian meal combined with excellent service and an ample selection of beers and wines.

And just in case you're wondering...Darbster is named in honor of "Darby", the owners' 17 year old poodle whom they adopted about ten years ago from a puppy mill in the mid-west.

Announcing……DOGA (YOGA with your DOG)
Starting Sunday March 7th – arrive at 9:30 – DOGA begins at 9:45 and ends at 10:45. Lead by Elissa Sara. Those without a dog welcome as well.

DOGA is a great way to relax, exercise and bond with your best friend. DOGA class will be offered the first and third Sunday of each month on the outside deck. Cost is $15. No size limit on dogs but they must be current on vaccinations. Reservations accepted. Class size limited and reservations will be honored first.
Please bring a mat.
