JByrd's Muddy Waters is "A Lotta Key West" right in Deerfield Beach. Muddy's is laid back, casual and carefree. Island decor lines the walls with a special story behind each item. Muddy's extrordinary and sometimes "pirated" recipes arrrr created in house with the finest fresh ingredients. From the fresh seafood, meats, chowders, soups & sauces, they really pay attention to quality and value and take great pride in presenting to you. JByrd recommends the Bacon Wrapped Scallops wrapped in thick Apple Bacon...or the Bountiful Turkey Cobb Salad with all the fixin's...or maybe Escargot drowning in herb garlic butter...wow! And the Raw Bar is a must, with 50 cent raw clams and oysters all day every day!
