After an extensive search for the perfect spot to open a restaurant together they found it on the Manatee Pocket in Port Salerno...The Manatee Island Bar &,,,, Grill! Chef Scott Enterline is that rare native born Floridian, who's been around a few kitchens, including a ten-year stint at Nantucket's Point Breeze Inn, since graduating from the Florida Culinary Institute. Chef Scott has carefully created a menu for every taste from the conservative to the adventurous. He insists on using only the best and freshest ingredients and he wants to make certain you relish every morsel he prepares.
