Co-owner Bob "Bru" Brudzinski has been an all-star since his first playing days in Fremont Ross High School in Ohio, right up to his Buckeye MVP award and the Silver Anniversary Edition of the Butkus Award. So it makes perfect sense that the wildly popular Bru's Room Restaurants -- all seven of them in South Florida -- are named for him. They're all winners!
