We had a wonderful evening at Sage last weekend. 5 of us went there and for 3 of us it was the first time. The service and food were 5 star. I started with the baked onion OMG who knew an onion could taste this good. Its baked just till the sweetness comes and is stuffed with a delicious ground veal and smothered with a cheese sauce each bite was better than the first. I then had the Lamb shank. I love lamb shank and have been let down by many places before but not at Sage perfectly cooked lamb and a delicious sauce I eat till I could eat no more. 3 of party also had desserts which they all said were very good and they did look good. All and all this is a winner and i will be back even if it’s a long drive from Lake Worth its worth it.
