This sleek, spacious restaurant is outfitted with a dazzling central bar, cream-colored banquettes surrounded by coffee-brown tables, glowing chandeliers and two stone hearths turning out sensational food. Pizzas are baked at 800 degrees directly on the oven stone, creating a delectably charred, crisp, thin crust. The fresh dough is made inhouse, using wholesome whole wheat and wheat flour. You can customize your pie with a great variety of toppings, including prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, basil, and roasted peppers.
