He takes great pride in creating the ultimate sushi experience that diners will never forget. The Chef Specialty Rolls, California Rolls, Spider Rolls…absolutely everything is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate. And the beverage ying to the sushi yang? Sake, of course! Sushi Jo offers a collection of regional sakes from Japan's finest breweries. Some like it hot, but in order to preserve the delicate bouquet, they recommend drinking it Hiya, or chilled, the way they are traditionally served in Japan. For the connoisseurs out there, the Ginjo and Daiginjo are premium sakes that you simply cannot find elsewhere. The décor has an organic feel, with clean lines and warm woods. The style and volume of the house music invites you to sit back and relax, rather than to make a beeline for the door. The vibe inside is hip, and very laid back, with a distinct air of sensuality.
