Can I open more than one account?
No. SouthFloridaDines.com must RESTRICT ACCOUNTS TO ONLY ONE (1) PER HOUSEHOLD. Some fabulous deals our restaurants offer at SouthFloridaDines.com are limited to (1) certificate per household. We must restrict the number of accounts in order for us to be fair to our customers and restaurant owners.
How do I look up a restaurant?
Look to the right hand side of the webpage. You’ll see FIND RESTAURANTS. You can choose by city, zip, alphabet letter, or cuisine type. Once you get to a restaurant’s page, you can see video, menus, customer reviews, complete description and purchase a dining certificate for 50% off!
OK…I see something I like. Now what?
Once you find a restaurant you like, you can decide whether you’d like to purchase a dining certificate for 50% of the face value. If you’re a brand new user, you will be prompted to open a new account when you click on the “add to cart” button. Again, there is NEVER any fee to join SouthFloridaDines.com. Once you open your account, you can add the gift certificate to your cart and check out….or keep shopping for more great restaurants!
What are the restrictions on the SouthFloridaDines.com Gift Certificates?
SouthFloridaDines.com Gift Certificate standard restrictions are as follows:
Each restaurant may have its own additional restrictions. (Some are valid for food only, some are valid for food and alcohol, some are not valid on certain days..etc.) You may view those restrictions by clicking on "View Restrictions" on each individual restaurant's page on SouthFloridaDines.com, or when placing your order by phone, please inquire about any restrictions for the Gift Certificates you are purchasing. We try to limit any additional restrictions, and most of the restaurants accept the Gift Certificates at any time.
How do I pay for the Gift Certificates?
Our online Shopping Cart is very user friendly. We accept online payments with MasterCard or VISA. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us. SouthFloridaDines.com is a secure and encrypted website. Please be assured that SouthFloridaDines.com will not sell or give away any information about any of its customers. You may also place your order by phone (*additional phone order charges may apply) at 1-866-379-DINE (3463).
How and when will I receive the Gift Certificates?
We process orders daily and customers usually have their Gift Certificates within 1-4 days. They are mailed via US Postal Service.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping and handling charges: $1.00 for the first certificate, $.25 for each additional certificate. (*additional phone order charges may apply)
What happens if I buy a Gift Certificate and the restaurant goes out of business before I am able to use it?
If this happens, please hold on to the Certificate, call our office, and we will make arrangements to exchange your Certificate for another of equal value. Sorry, no cash refunds. We will not exchange any Certificates to restaurants that are still in business. Please keep your Certificates in a safe place and use them prior to their expiration date, as SouthFloridaDines.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or expired Certificates.

Can I print certificates?
