Do I have to pay a fee to use your service?
No. Simply choose which Gift Certificate(s) you would like to purchase. No club to join, no coupon book, no catch.
What are the restrictions on the SouthFloridaDines.com Gift Certificates?
SouthFloridaDines.com Gift Certificate standard restrictions are as follows:

You may only use ONE Gift Certificate per table.

Certificates are valid for THREE MONTHS from
date of purchase. The expiration dates are stamped on each Gift Certificate.

Certificates can not be traded in for cash and no change will be given.

Certificates may not be used in combination with any other coupons, certificates, or toward restaurant promotions.
Each restaurant may have it's own restrictions.
(Some are good for food only, some are good for
food and alcohol, some are not good on certain days..etc.)
You may view
those restrictions by clicking on "View Restrictions" on each
individual restaurant's page on SouthFloridaDines.com, or when placing your
order by phone, please inquire about any restrictions for the Gift Certificates
you are purchasing. As a company we try to limit the restrictions, and most of
the restaurants accept the Gift Certificates at any time.
How do I pay for the Gift Certificates?
Our online Shopping Cart is very user friendly. We
accept online payments with MasterCard or VISA. Your privacy and security are
of the utmost importance to us. SouthFloridaDines.com is a secure and encrypted
website. Please be assured that SouthFloridaDines.com will not sell or give
away any information about any of it's customers. You may also place your order

How and when will I receive the Gift Certificates?
We process orders daily and customers usually have
their Gift Certificates within 1-4 days.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping and handling charges: $1.00 for the first
certificate, $.25 for each additional certificate.

What happens if I buy a Gift Certificate and the restaurant goes out of business before I am able to use it?
If this happens,
please hold on to the Certificate, call our office, and we will make arrangements to
exchange your Certificate for another of equal value. Sorry, no cash refunds.
We will not exchange any Certificates to restaurants that are still in
business. Please keep your Certificates in a safe place and use them prior to
their expiration date, as SouthFloridaDines.com
is not responsible for
lost, stolen, or expired Certificates.
